How do I report a concern confidentially?
Use our confidential form: Report a Concern. You can also email reports@faircomp.trade. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
What is leniency and who qualifies?
Leniency is a program where the first qualifying applicant that reports cartel conduct and fully cooperates may receive immunity or reduced fines. Later applicants can still receive reductions if they add significant value.

What should I do during a dawn raid?
- Stay calm; verify IDs and legal basis.
- Contact the hotline immediately; do not obstruct.
- Do not delete or alter documents or messages.

Can I discuss prices with competitors?
No. Discussions or agreements on current/future prices, discounts, margins, customers, or market allocation are prohibited. If such a topic arises, object and leave immediately; then report it.

Why isn’t my form submission going through?
